All refurbished computers and parts sold by our company come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or components in the refurbished computer or part at no labor cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, virus removal or issues caused by user input are not covered.
If a defect is found within the warranty period, the customer must contact us immediately. We will then provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for returning the product to MTSLOC to initiate the repair or replacement process.
If we determine that the defect is not covered under warranty, we will contact the customer to discuss repair or replacement options at the customer’s expense.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
