In-Shop Service Check-in Policy

To ensure efficient and reliable service, we have a straightforward check-in policy in place. When you bring your PC for repair, we kindly request a deposit of 1 hour of our labor plus tax. This deposit serves as a diagnostic fee, which will be deducted from the total cost of the repair if you decide to proceed with the service after we identify the issue. It is important to note that this deposit is non-refundable if repairs are not approved, as it is used to compensate the technician who diagnosed your problem.

At MTS, we operate on a queue-based system, handling repairs on a first-come, first-served basis. On average, our repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. However, it’s important to note that if special order parts are required, this may extend the overall repair timeline. In addition to our standard repair services, we understand that emergencies can arise, demanding immediate assistance. We are pleased to offer emergency repairs specifically tailored to address urgent needs. Our team of skilled technicians is dedicated to resolving critical issues promptly and efficiently.

For those requiring immediate attention, we offer expedited service to get your device on our repair bench the same day. Please note that a rush fee of $99.99 applies for this expedited service. This fee is applicable to all our clients, including shop, business, and residential customers, ensuring that urgent repair needs receive the prompt attention they deserve.

Remote Assistance

In addition to our in-shop and on-site options, we also provide remote assistance and back-up services. With remote assistance, we can securely access your device from our location and provide troubleshooting and support without the need for an on-site visit. When your device is booting and able to connect to the internet, remote assistance can be not only the most cost-effective option but also the most convenient. It allows us to efficiently address your technology issues while minimizing any disruptions to your workflow.

Our remote assistance services are billed at a rate of $89.99 per hour and charged in increments of a quarter hour. There is a minimum charge of half an hour for each session. This transparent pricing structure ensures that you only pay for the time and assistance you need, providing you with flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
